We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person who'll become an integral part of our administrative team and bring a great value to the company. Necessary skills

  • Previous experience holding a similar position (Office manager/Administrative assistant)
  • Previous experience in working with documentation (PE docs would be a plus) 
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Responsible, well-organized, problem-solving person
  • Attention to details, multitasking 
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Talented in copywriting and storytelling



  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Supplier management
  • Bank issues
  • Business trips/ relocation process support
  • Cooperation with lawyers, notary officer
  • Insurance handling
  • Sending/receiving correspondence
  • Coordinate with system administrator on all office equipment
  • Documents support of newcomers (all issues concerning PE), assist in the onboarding process
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
